Digital products are non-refundable as digital download is immediately available upon purchase.

All Other Products

Damage

If a product is damaged upon delivery (gold wiring or damage that alters user's ability to see pages), we will gladly issue a refund for request that are received via email to contact@SHGJournals.com within 3 calendar days of delivery. E-mail must include images detailing damage. Refunds will be issued within 2 calendar days of receiving product(s). Return address will be provided after submitting request. We do regret that we are unable to provide refunds for request that are not received within 3 calendar days of delivery or request that are submitted without images. Product must be returned prior to receiving a refund. 

 

Shipping

A refund will be provided for products that are shipped and not delivered according to courier shipment tracking.
